"The Sacred Dark
Amidst Cultural Darkness."
A gathering with with Dan Keusal, M.S., LMFT
Sunday 11/17/24
10 AM - 11:30 AM
On Zoom
In the aftermath of the election, and on the cusp of the often-busy winter holiday season, I'm offering an opportunity to gather, pause, reflect, connect, restore calm, find our center, and explore ways to move forward. Join me, via Zoom, on Sunday 11/17/24 from 10:00 - 11:30 AM for "The Sacred Dark Amidst Cultural Darkness." I will present some reflections on the importance of connecting with the sacred dark--whether you call that "Solstice," "Christmas," "Hanukkah," or something else--and how this may help us move through this current and impending threat of darkness in the wider culture. I'll then lead us through a brief exercise, after which we will have plenty of time to share, grieve, ask questions, tell stories, and consider how to move forward. To register, send me an email (dankeusal@dankeusal.com) letting me know you would like to attend. I will send you an acknowledgment email, and then, the day before, I'll email you the Zoom link and info on how to pay--if you choose to/are able to pay. I'm asking for a suggested donation of $20, but I don't want payment to be an obstacle; give $20 if you can, less (or nothing) if you can't, more if you want. I hope you'll join us.
